Color Rhyme Nail

I have came here a lot over the years but I will not be coming anymore . The last two times I brought my daughter here to get her nails painted they were acting as if it wasn’t important because she was not getting something expensive done . We went yesterday and they told us to wait even though there were several nail techs not doing anyone’s nails. Then another woman walks in and says she wants a full set and then immediately one of the ladies takes her. Me and my daughter were there first but were completely skipped over . I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years but I guess if you’re not spending over $100 then you are not important . The quality of their nail service has gone down anyways. Me and my family will never return.

I’ve been going here over a year now, I usually go to the bounce location but yesterday I stopped by here and I attached the picture I asked for and what they gave me. Ella or Elaine, whatever her name is did it and she was so nasty!!!! She gonna tell me that is square, like I’ve done nails so much, square ain’t suppose to be so board at the bottom. Square is freaking square. Secondly she wanted me to pay extra for her to fix it. I paid $122 for my nails & toes so why would I pay extra when you couldn’t deliver on the service I paid for? I told her despite even the shape, it’s way too much acrylic like look how thick the nail is. She kept saying I would have to pay. I asked for the manager she said she’s the manager. I said I need the male manager not you because ain’t no way you a manager and has no customer service and can’t do nails. I went to the bounce location immediately and the male manager Jamie fix it in the sense of buffing it down but it’s still ugly because ain’t much he could’ve did. I attached the picture. I don’t think they can do french tip good. They use to be so good, idk what happen. They be rushing now. I recommend my mom here a month ago and she had the same issue with the nail. I heard my coworker complaining about the same thing. I’m never going here again. It’s annoying paying for service not knowing what you’ll get.
